5 1/2 I think. We got her when she was only 3 or 4 weeks old.

A friend of ours worked in DC and found her and two sisters at only a week old or so by themselves on the streets so he rescued them. We took one (Daisy).

She had some health issues as a kitten, something about crystals in her urine and she was never a very good "pottier". The cats were all on a special prescription dry food (for her, but since they all ate it) to address that.

She was very fat (15 pounds-ish on a tiny frame), but hadn't shown any signs recently of being that ill. It was a huge shock when my wife called a little bit ago to tell me.

Daisy was one of the first words Andrew learned and for more than a year he called all cats "Daisy" and in fact most animals were "Daisy".
