LOS ANGELES - A woman accused of burglarizing Paris Hilton's house faces new charges after appearing in court wearing a necklace belonging to Lindsay Lohan.
Prosecutors on Thursday charged Courtney Leigh Ames with two counts of receiving stolen property.
An amended complaint accuses Ames of wearing a necklace taken from Lohan's home to a December court hearing where she pleaded not guilty to burglarizing Hilton's home.
Robert Schwartz, Ames' attorney, says his client did wear the necklace but may not have known it was stolen. She is not charged with the August break-in at Lohan's house.
Ames is one of six people accused of being part of a ring that burglarized homes of stars
