OS/X XP question

question of the moment : we have the 160 gb Hard Drive that was in our old PC - it has XP on it - we've put that hard drive into an external USB case and the iMAC actually sees the drive - it sees two partitions - the main partition is called disk4s1 which contains the PC side but Mac can read the files on it even though it's NTFS formatted - the other partition is just blank space with 21 gb of free OS X Journal formatted space

is there a way to try to run XP and any apps on there?
