In response to "Why would Congress move on Obama's priorities when he himself said....You figure it out?" by Will Hunting

To be fair to Obama re healthcare on this, the big complaint about the Clinton initiative for health care and why they couldn't get it passed was that

the president (and Hillary) defined too much what they demanded and Congress felt it was being shoved down their throats so they rejected it. Obama tried a different approach. Perhaps too much so, but I think they were trying to deal with the reasons for past failures. I just think they took that lesson too much to heart.
