Another fun one is to do a screen shot of the person's desktop

Then make that screenshot the background on the PC.
Finally, hide the icons.
This way, when the person logs in, his screen will look exactly the same, but with the icons hidden, nothing he clicks on will do anything.
It can take someone hours to figure it out.
