pmb: I don't think it is that great for students either because reading on such a screen would suck. I still prefer paper.

And after high school you really don't need to carry that much books around.

It might be the hottest thing on campus but it isn't going to be better for the eyes. I can't read books on my laptop.. and looking at my touchscreen

It's good for notetaking on the reading, just as you would on the textbook, but not for during class. Still want a computer for that.

I was surprised how much I liked the handwriting features of a tablet. Being able to add notes in a PDF (or textbook) like you would in a real book
