usability of its products, they are just basically so user unfriendly. They make it very much a trap that once they have you it's hard to get out. itunes doesn't work with any other player. They price everything well above comparable items. Even their own products are rarely backwards compatible with their accessories. It annoys me to no end that I had to buy a new charger for my ipod touch because it won't charge on any of the devices I have that my old one did (car charger, speaker dock, etc.). Their products are sleek and cool, but I always feel like I'm getting ripped off.
