Not necessarily. Just because six couples figured out a loophole in how to get married by lopping off the johnson doesn't undermine the entire policy

it just means there are a few weird-and-rare exceptions, which there will be to any policy. (note: the policy is undermined by its own idiocy imo. i'm merely stating that the handful of transgendered married couples aren't "the killshot".)
