If reports are true, I think what Crittendon did was worse.

Arenas put his guns in Crittendon's locker, to (jokingly) make it easier for Crittendon to made good on his threat to shoot Arenas in his surgically repaired knee. Crittendon said he didn't need one of them, pulled out his own gun, and chambered a round. I'm surprised he hasn't taken more heat over all this.
