Honestly, I'm only confident of a couple things being true in this thing.

Arenas had 4 handguns at the arena. At least one was unregistered. He put them in on near Crittendon's locker.
Crittendon had a handgun, most likely unregistered, that is missing, or at least was for a while.
Oh, and that card game that the players used to play can build up some pretty big pots.
