I primarily meant NC today vs. last time; but the other is part of it, too.

multiple people were critical of me for offering trade when nobody else did a freaking danged thing, and I at least got the attacker to say he would stop for a while. it's not like we can attack someone from that high an alliance with impunity. ugh.
I was going to send defense to NC again, but with *no* back-up in sight, and him having done very little to help himself since last time (despite advice from me and mel, at least, and offers of goods if he needed them).. there was going to be no more from me that way unless I am directed to do so.
that said, I think zeit. may be sending something now. (he was one of the 2 last time, and he rocks that way.)
re: the other, some people are so warry regarding a divisive/questionable situation; but one in which a little guy got beat-up multiple times brings no response from anyone until I pursued? that's suckage.
