unfortunately i usually can't get in-game messages during the day.
I totally understand your frustration, and I think your efforts to diffuse the situation are great. Though I have to add, if NC isn't defending himself, then I really do think he needs to be left to fend for himself.
if you ever need back up though, say the word, and I'll send as much as I can.
