yes, but that doesn't change the fact that he's sorta pissed.

Doesn't matter, I feel I have a duty to say what I've said, and he'll get over it.
Mind you: It's a very nice place. I just have concerns about a couple of things that might make him unhappy with it in the long-term. I'm not sure he's really (*REALLY*) considered these things.
