roasted garlic is a preparation - see inside

you basically roast the bulb like you would a baked potato ... the even make "bakers" for them - but I jsut put it inside tin foil ... then after it's baked it is all soft and taste/flavor is mellowed - nutty like - you can spread it on bread for a nice garlic bread too - my soup recipe uses the roasted garlic in it. see my reply to lia and email me if you want the recipe.
