absolutely - happy to share it - so many have asked for it that I keep a printed copy on file at work to email - and it is written pretty detailed so

it's rather "fool proof" on being able to make it right the first time. I think garlic has some good press on being very healthy ... also - you can use the soup as a base for pasta too .. just don't rinse the pasta before you add it with whatever other ingredients - like mushrooms - and the starch from the pasta will thicken it to make a great sauce.
