Dennis Prager was concerned about the Tebow ad precisely because then he couldn't think of why a Pro Gay Marriage shouldn't run if someone paid for it

His argument is that he felt like it was good to have something that was relatively devoid of politics and issues, and he thought sports had been and should continue to be one of those things.
He wasn't advocating any kind of laws or anything, just that he would prefer it to remain that way.
