LYC: Having Governmnt office with only toll free numbers to contact them frustrates people calling from outside of Canada...

Did end up finding a local number but there seems to be an assumpotion that no one from outside Canada will ever call. And e-mail is not always timely. Some departments will take three to four business days to contact back.
