They have to provide information as to where they will be every day of the year three months in advance to be available for random testing.

If plans change, they must update that information. Yanina Wickmayer was suspended for a year for not supplying whereabouts information 3 times. She didn't test positive, she didn't skip a test, she just missed entering where she would be on three particular days. That suspension is currently under appeal.
