Yeah, sashimi is really low. Even the plain-ish rolls with just rice and a fish product are pretty low.

Add tempure + mayo + assorted sauces and it gets pretty high pretty fast.

lots of places are offering brown rice as an alternative these days. At least you can get that benefit and...still yummy. -- nm
