I can always tell when she has worked with someone good because she comes home in a good mood. Although she has also mentioned that the techs (and the baby docs) are the ones who get beat up by the bitchy docs.

It sounds like it's a demanding job but it also sounds like it can be rewarding. YMMV of course.
