I just read an ancient story I hadn't noticed before - that Billy Joel's daughter tried offing herself by swallowing eight pills of a homeopathic

remedy/product called Traumeel. She then proceeded to call 911, to save her own life.

Of course, all this was misinformed, as homeopathich medicine contains no active ingredients, normally. Traumeel is no exception, or.. ?

(I researched it as a female friend recommended it.. Through my appreciation for Richard Dawkins and his documentaries and other TV-series, I'd already learned about the absurdity of homeopathy, and that it is all about the placebo-effect - although, of course, the latter is not to be underestimated.. )
