Also: I doubt I'll ever spend 14.99 on an e-book. I'm hard-pressed to spend 9.99 now, that feels high for most books.

When I bought paper books regularly, I was not a hardcover buyer. I'd wait for paperback which ranges from $7 (mass market) to $14 (trade). Therefore, I expect e-book version to undercut those prices
