last month, my boss had a meeting with the "manager" of one of the churches we do the bookkeeping for. The lady is basically the only paid staff of the church (except for the minister and his wife, its a black church, so the wife is the pator and the husband has the title ofr "bishop", which always seems weird to me, but oh well, I digress) and has been there for something like 20 years.

During the meeting, between my boss, the bookkeeper, and this Lady, my boss started to tweak his own nipples.

She got so offended, she contacted a laywer (member of the churches board) who is coming to talk to us. They say she doesnt want to claim sexual harrasment (our role is sorta like her manager, though we are a consultant) but feels like she wants to do something. So today a lawyer is coming into the office to interview each of us to see if this is "normal behaivor" as my boss claims, or if he was harrasing her.

I am unsure if I should say its normal.. sure he does it, but he seems to do it more when on the phone with females (i've never seen him do that when on the phone with males), except that he does it to me when I talk to him sometimes.
