Seriously though, why is someone contacting lawyers over stuff like this? The world IS crazy.
And also, being questioned by lawyers is funny and challenging. I love that kind of stuff. Many of them are quite uninterested in their case (especially one like this one) or they are simply not very astute lawyers, so it could be entertaining, in a sense. On the other hand, if you are a consultancy/book keeping firm, you probably have considerable financial resources, and if the lawyer has signed on to get a hefty cut of any financial compensation, he or she could actually be quite motivated.. You'll find out pretty soon, I'm sure. If the latter, you'll have to weigh your words and measure your responses, of course.
