Not defending the guy. But, I wonder how many times she's actually talked to him about this. If she's let him do this over and over,

Then she finally calls him on it w/ a break-up.
Of course, he's going to act badly if you don't set some standards.
Still, the guy sounds like he's not that into her. Maybe the sex, but not her.
