Yeah, they're in the midst of revamping their presentation, and will soon have over a billion records, but I still prefer Ancestry.com

One of the issues I always had with FamilySearch was that a lot of the data was user submitted and unsourced and therefore suspect. Ancestry's WoldTree has the same issue, and LDS's state archive collections are impressive, but I still want the actual images, and overall, Ancestry's package makes sense for me.
It doesn't surprise me that the free access was cut off. Ancestry.com is really pushing to dominate the industry.
