Let her off. It's not for anyone to tell other people what they can and can't handle. That's just asking for trouble. You can't shelter people.

Besides, if she's flitting between jobs like you say she is, being stuck up in the air doling out orange juices with nowhere to run to, sounds like it'd suit her down to the ground.
