it definitely had more of a cornbread consistency.

the recipezaar version was sort of custardy and souffle-ish. it tasted good and sort of special but almost like a breakfast thing.

so anyway, looks like i'm making a double recipe of Amy's corn pudding for turkey day! very exciting, i know.
