I think Gibbs told Leon his suspicions. Because Gibbs knew last episode when he stared at her getting on the elevator.

If Lee is innocent, she rolled to get his help. If not, she rolled with the fake little girl story hoping she could escape...

When Gibbs was in the back of her car at the end and said "we are partners now", my daughter blurted "OMG Gibbs is a bad guy!"

And my first response was NFW Gibbs is a bad guy, but like I said with all the twists and turns, you never know with this show...Which is why I love it so...And Zia in a blue dress
