That said, 1 needs to understand that it will come out as an ultimatim to 2 and she'll lose. 2 is in the power position in the 3 way relationship and she's either consciously making the choice to include her SO or she's so dumb and annoyingly clueless that she doesn't realize what's happening. Either way, 1 needs to develop other friendships among people at the same lifestage she's in so she doesn't come across as so needy. People change, friendships evolve, and baby lions get born to take over the pride one day, it's the circle of life.
