Which is one reason that the Villains, or at least some of them, are better strategists than the Heroes. Rupert belongs on the puzzle so that he can sit out the challenge, at least with his injury. But Sugar should have been nowhere near it. They seemed to pick the worst possible group to do the puzzle.
