TT.. I know I can count on you guys/gals.... SOOOO I was in a car accident--

I'm fine, but the car isn't... A lady hit a guy, who hit me, etc... I'm the front car, So i'm not in fault.
.
According to my insurance company, I should file claims with everyone behind me, esp the Lady who did the inital hitting... BUT.. should I also file a claim with my own insurance company? I worry that's it going to be insurance company vs insurance company vs ME.

I car won't be repaired until someone from someone's insurance companies goes and inspects it, who's insurance company SHOULD go?

Any advice....

        There is a report form. You just fill it out. The other drivers should do it too. It's not a hard procedure. Theoretically the police could use it - pmb Feb 12, 14:41
