Shouldn't your insurance company do most of that? If there's an accident report from the police, that should cover everything off.

I would think it would include insurance details from everyone, and your insurance company just goes after whoever they need to go after.

        There is a report form. You just fill it out. The other drivers should do it too. It's not a hard procedure. Theoretically the police could use it - pmb Feb 12, 14:41
