So poutine is "gourmet street food"?

New restaurant here specializing in said street food, including "seven kinds of fancy hot dogs, lobster BLT, poutine, a burger, a PB&J with foie gras torchon, etc."

I suppose if Cincinnatians can stand their own chili they might enjoy poutine. I just don't want to run into anyone eating it on the street or I'll have to hurl on them.
