Curious: any of y'all heard of The Great Courses/The Teaching Company? They sell college lectures on CD/DVD? -- (link)

I got this catalog in the mail, and I almost pitched it, but then I started flipping through it, and it seems kind of awesome if you wanted to learn something just for your own benefit, and not for college credit or anything. Anyone heard bad things?

I often get one whenever I visit the library. They are pretty good, actually. -- nm

A/V. A/V. Since my wifeworked only and now buys only CDs and DVDs for libraries, it is the first thing I think of about libraries. -- nm
