Well, the Temporary Restraining Order was not granted.

Anthem's agreement to postpone the rate hike was enough to dissuade the Judge from granting the Restraining Order, though since their agreement isn't in writing, or binding, they could change their mind and not postpone the rate hike, at which time the Judge said the application for the TRO could be submitted.

And the defense counsel for Anthem all but said that Anthem's decision to postpone the rate hike increase was to avoid bad publicity.
