Laugh at me for this one but I know FICA is American because Rachel on Friends used the term in an early episode and a quick Google search shows MESC stands for the Michigan Employment Securities Commission.
Within five minutes, I was able to find the business plan online they used and only changed a few words such as the name and the names of the owners.
