I do know from experience if you cut-n-paste that formula into other cells it changes the cells it sums up.

Meaning if the cell below you want to sum up row 4, 9, 14, 19 etc, just cut n paste the formula and it adjust everything "down" one. So yo only have to do all the clicking once.

Hope that sort of makes sense.
