Walt Disney.....the business is still pretty solid for those that are already in it and are playing it safe....

I would be real hesitant to start up a store in this climate unless that guy has a got a great location near schools and subdivisions and is willing to be diversified in what he carries. Meaning not only comics, but card games, toys and shirts.

I'm starting to see some of the major comic shops (Midtown Comics in NYC, Graham Crackers) and other starting to offer discount pricing, which to me (and setting aside Online retailers for a moment) is an indicator that they have cash flow problems....

But if your client has a killer location then it might be worth it.
