In effect, YES he did sign that agreement. When he opted to join the PGA, he essentially DID sign that agreement.

That's the way it is and like I said below, it's not a fucking secret. You don't want your private shit to become public, you got a couple choices.
Don't become a public figure...or don't do private shit that would embarrass you and your family.
