One of my exes who I had to work with the following summer kept a journal of supposed "sexual harassment incidents" to try to get me fired.

Luckily, a member of the female staff tipped me off about its existence, and I was able to tell my boss how ludicrous it was before she got around to bringing it to him, and then she almost got fired for her efforts. Which was awesome.
