as a movie theater manager (at my second job) I love when customers get angry over stupid things. I try to be as nice possible which makes them more

angry.

I also love it when people ask for a refund because they didn't like the movie. I ask them (nicely) if they go to a restaurant and eat the entire meal and then ask for a refund because they didn't like it. Then I explain that had they come out during the first half of the movie we have gladly given them passes for something else.
