Is Helms healthy or injured?

Didn't he just return from a serious injury? I'm happy, but surprised, that they'd keep him on the roster while he was out if they were going to cut him shortly after his return.
At least with Maria, I don't think she wrestles much, so there's little she can do for TNA. Aside from taking Hemme's job. Or is Hemme gone as interviewer there?
