Oh sure, it would *have* to be used extremely rarely. Extremely. But I don't think zero is the rught number.

On a long delayed penalty, you pull the goalie because it gives an advantage, because the risk is outweighed by the benefit, at some point, it is something that probably should be tried. Maybe it's only once every leap year or something, but at some point it seems like an efficiency that could be used.
