I can't tell if it's on purpose or not...but she will speak for me, often repeating private conversations (like thoughts on superiors, etc.) or misquoting me (discernible if it's intentional or not).

I'm not sure what to do about it. I interface with her quite frequently (so talking to her less is not an option) so I'm not sure if I should address it directly...or how to do it...and what types of conflicts that will cause...

i don't want to be paranoid...she seems friendly enough...but it's happened so many times with me having to deal with the fallout (boss irritated, other coworkers perceiving me differently...)

we have been building a tenuous relationship for a few months...but things have been weird since we've entered the same program where we're competing for the same jobs.
