How much head space are you leaving in the bottles? What kind of yeast are you using?

I'm the one who does most of the bottling. Leaving about an inch and an half. It's the same in all batches.

Heh. Tempe keeps a spreadsheet with stuff like yeast, specific gravity, etc. I've been pushing to add more data to it, after the IPA incident. -- nm
