Fuzzy: The density tells you how much sugar is left. Yesterday we checked the Superior Strong Ale and it had a density of 1.026, which is too high.

also, it tasted like apple juice, according to my palate.

we put in another packet of yeast and put it back in primary fermentation for another two weeks.

it already has crazy high ABV. By the time it is done, we should be able to set it on fire.
