planning to start on Monday 3/8) was no more. Basically really bad timing, but I guess the hospital *just* put in a hiring freeze on Friday and I guess even though they extended the offer prior to that they still couldn't go through with it. Ugh.

Fortunately she had another offer to fall back on, though this was in more of a regular day job and so the kids will be in daycare 5 days instead of 3. Plus the pay is a bit less. D'oh. But she'll be starting on Monday (*knock on wood*). *sigh*
