oh, my friend is just all messed up right now. gave a guy her phone number, he called last night and she missed the call.

she is wondering if she should text this morning to acknowledge his call and say she looks forward to talking with him, then call him back later, but is worried it will come off too eager.
i'm like, why don't you just return his call?
being burned a gazillion times eventually can just makes you second guess everything you do, i guess.
