TFox: The impediment that I see: Different people are on boards at different times.

Some people are day people, some are evening posters, some are night posters, some are a mixture, and some are sporadic posters as time allows.

In order to promote participation, when do we discuss it? There's not one time that works. Boards here roll in 30-90 minutes and are gone (for participation, at least).
